Below are a few quick links to access the various resources, which support trainees for effective spiritual care and education.
Once you have been accepted into our CPE internship program or residency, it is time to enroll online on the ACPE website for your CPE unit. Enrollment is part of your orientation process
Enroll In CPE UnitWe offer a wide range of competitive benefits for staff, CCSH fellows, residents, and CECs.
Explore Benefit OptionsThe HR Self Service provides staff, CCSH fellows, residents, and CECs service to view Payroll (W4, W2, etc.), Benefits, etc. and request eligible changes (medical, dental, etc.).
PeopleSoft: HRZoom is an easy cloud platform for video and audio conferencing used for various meetings, calls, and didactics. Currently, Zoom has been disabled for use while in VDT and accounts only for staff, CCSH fellows, residents, and CECs.
Sign-In for Emory Zoom AccountMicrosoft Teams is being used to log all staff support and other resources used during a trainees CPE experience. Each Resident, CCSH Fellow and CEC will use their Emory email address and each intern will use their personal email address to sign in.
Sign Into Microsoft TeamsCanvas is a web-based learning management system, or LMS. It is used by learning institutions, educators, and learners to access and manage online courses.
Access CanvasStaff, CCSH fellows, residents, and CECs may access Microsoft Outlook Web Mail outside of VDT. Also, access other Office 365 applications, such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc. through Outlook Web Mail.
Access Email AccountThe Regulatory Courses are online safety training, which is required annually for all staff and trainees as part of their job responsibilities at Emory Healthcare.

- If you are accessing the virtual desktop for the first time, go here for instructions and software downloads (Citrix Reciever). Note: If using Windows, you must have at least version 7 installed on your computer to download the virtual desktop software.
