Meet Maurice Appelbaum
As Manager of the Spiritual Health Online Program, Maurice is responsible for overseeing the online CPE program. Trainees who are unable to enroll in a traditional CPE unit can attain an accredited ACPE unit while fulfilling their clinical hours at a facility convenient for them.
Maurice’s vision for CPE includes cultivating an environment of learning that promotes self-awareness, curiosity, relationality and honest engagement. He believes in the power and potential of spiritual health and, by extension, the pastoral authority and formation inherent in the transformative educational training that is CPE.
