Rev. Natasha L. Patterson was born and raised in Dover, DE. She attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she successfully completed her undergraduate course studies and obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She later earned a Master of Divinity with concentrations in Homiletics and Pastoral Care and Counseling from Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC).

After graduating, Rev. Patterson worked as a Chaplain Resident at Emory University Hospital Midtown. Her experiences as a chaplain reinforced her desire to care for persons and families during life’s most critical moments. After being ordained to ministry in 2015, she served as the Associate Pastor of Rize Community Church in Atlanta, GA for three years.

Natasha is also a licensed Reiki Master. Currently, she is a Doctor of Ministry student in the Pastoral Professionalism and Pastoral Care Cohort at the ITC and is a Compassion Centered Spiritual Health Fellow at Emory University Hospital.
